Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Kuber Financial Services Private Limited. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for our company. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, and we are specifically looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
• Experience using various sourcing tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and skills
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and career fairs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry professionals
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team
