• Handling the Reservation, Operation Reconfirmation team members
• Giving best rate for the File Handlers
• Checking the Availability in the Hotel
• Having Good coordination with the Hotels
• Access all online portals compare the rates
• Checking the Deadline for the hotel payments in the google sheet
• Follow up with Hotel Voucher, Invoice on time payments
• Updating the Hotel Sources in the Drive
• Internal Coordination with the Team and offer tactical rates update
• Update the block out dates and various events in destinations
• Daily coordinate with the contract managers in the respective countries for Tactical offers
• Collaborates within the teams to execute the vision by conducting weekly meetings and timely task
• Ensure all the emergency calls are attended and passed to the relevant person for an instant solution
• Managing the workforce of the shifts and ensure no one is added more with the responsibilities
• All internal process after the confirmation will happen with his team

Qualification

Any graduates with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in same field or relevant.

Should have good communication skill.

Salary Package

Best in the market as per their experience. ( Min INR 20k to 25k)
