Qualifications And Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and other accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Tally)
• Knowledge of account payable and account receivable processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation and financial reporting
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks software
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity
• Provide support during tax audits and financial inspections
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency
