Position:Service Engineer
Salary:20-25k
Location:Guindy,Chennai
Timing:9:30am-6:00pm
Profile Expectation
Graduate or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering
BE/ B. Tech with 2 years OR Diploma with 3 Years of experience, out of which 1 years in CNC maintenance is must.

Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Siemens and Mitsubishi);
- Installation & service maintenance calls for all our Japanese machine(VMC, HMC, CNC Mill & turning VTL, Bridge center, Double column Machines;)
- Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges.
- Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
- Promote spares & consumables with all the existing customers.
- Promote value added services like Follow-on-Contract (FOC), Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC) & Health check.
- Prepare visit reports and technical procedure on critical maintenance calls
- Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues;
- Coordinate with external suppliers and maintenance companies to ensure timely and accurate completion of work;

- In conjunction with Customer production team, will support continuous improvement of development of PM instructions and schedules to prevent failures;
- Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuild) on all machines;
- Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball screws; Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines;
- Able to work with complex NC machine up to & including 5 Axis;
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls;
