We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice / Chat / Technical Support) for a reputed organization based in Navi Mumbai. This opportunity is suitable for candidates seeking stable career growth in the customer support domain with immediate joining.

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Joining: Immediate to 15days preferred

Experience Required:

0 to 4 Years

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and/or chat support
  
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience
  
• Provide basic to intermediate technical support and troubleshooting as per process requirements
  

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
  
• Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and compliance policies
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
  
• Meet defined performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate preferred / Undergraduate candidates can apply
  
• 04 years of experience in Customer Support (Voice / Chat / Technical Support)
  
• Good communication skills in English
  
• Basic technical knowledge preferred for technical support profiles
  
• Candidates must be Navi Mumbaibased, as interview rounds will be conducted in-office
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to 30,000 (In-hand), depending on experience and interview performance, 30% hike in last salary
