Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
• Create and edit engaging short-form videos, product videos, and brand video assets.
• Turn raw footage into polished, platform-friendly videos that align with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• Add captions, text overlays, transitions, music, sound effects, basic motion graphics, and simple animations where needed.
• Support the creation of product demos, promotional videos, campaign content, and other brand-led video assets.
• Work with the Brand and Marketing teams to understand briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver edits on time.
• Organise and manage video footage, assets, and project files efficiently.
• Stay updated with video editing trends and creative styles relevant to D2C brands.
Graphic Design
• Make simple edits to existing creatives and create basic campaign assets when required.
• Resize and adapt existing designs for different formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Support the team with basic promotional visuals, product-focused creatives, and other marketing collaterals as needed.
Requirements
• 6 months–2 years of experience in video editing or a similar content creation role.
• A portfolio or samples demonstrating video editing skills, especially short-form and product-focused content, are preferred.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Basic familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, captions, transitions, music, and visual appeal in digital content.
• A good eye for detail, composition, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and experiment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Multimedia, Film/Video Production, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
