Role Description The Australian Mortgage Process role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves supporting Australian mortgage brokers and lenders by handling end-to-end mortgage processing activities, including data entry, documentation review, file preparation, and verification of applicant information. Responsibilities include assessing financial documents for accuracy, organizing supporting paperwork, updating internal systems, and coordinating with team members to ensure applications move smoothly through each stage. The role also requires maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, adhering to compliance guidelines relevant to Australian mortgage regulations, and meeting service-level expectations. The individual will contribute to continuous process improvement, maintain detailed records, and support a high level of customer satisfaction for client partners.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mortgages and mortgage lending processes, preferably within the Australian market.
• Knowledge of finance principles and comfort working with financial statements, income documents, and credit-related data.
• Experience or exposure to mortgage marketing activities, including supporting brokers with promotional or client communication tasks.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries professionally and maintain client-centric communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and mortgage/CRM platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelors degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant mortgage or financial services experience is an advantage.
