  • Apply governance standards: Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed governance processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Monitoring & Execution:

  • Monitor programme delivery: Maintain programme and project progress, risks, dependencies.
  • Ensure execution discipline: Drive timely delivery of initiatives, proactively escalating issues to leadership when required.
  • Provide CIO visibility: Consolidate HUB activities into a comprehensive view for CIO leadership.

Communication & Reporting:

  • Deliver executive reporting: Oversee the preparation of CIO updates, reports, and leadership packs.
  • Simplify complex data: Translate programme metrics into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Align communications: Ensure consistent and coordinated messaging across Domains, Zones, and leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Align organizational priorities: Partner with Domains, Zones, and CIO teams to synchronize objectives and execution.
  • Coordinate HUB governance: Serve as the central point of coordination for governance activities across the HUB.

Dashboard & Presentation Excellence:

  • Develop executive packs: Create polished, executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint that clearly communicate programme insights and support leadership decision-making.
  • Design dashboards: Build and maintain impactful dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other tools to provide transparent visibility of programme performance.
  • Refine reporting formats: Continuously improve reporting templates and standards to enhance clarity, consistency, and effectiveness in leadership communication.

Change Management:

  • Champion organizational change: Act as the change champion, promoting adoption of new ways of working and reinforcing the case for transformation.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement: Build commitment and alignment across teams to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Champion process improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen governance practices and elevate reporting standards.
  • Introduce automation and efficiency improvements in monitoring and reporting.

Profile Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Programme & Project Governance and PMO practices.
