L'Oreal - Senior Manager - Retail & Promotions - Purchase

A Day in the Life :
As our Senior Manager for Retail and Promotions, reporting to the GM-Purchase, you will be a key individual contributor shaping our sourcing strategy. You will be instrumental in managing crucial categories like POSM, retail fixtures, and promotional gifting for our Consumer and Professional Products divisions.
- Strategic Sourcing: You will develop and execute sourcing strategies for retail and promotional materials, identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier consolidation.
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management: By partnering with internal stakeholders, you'll understand their needs to provide optimal solutions. You will also select, evaluate, and build strong relationships with a pool of local and international suppliers.
- Commercial Negotiation: You will lead commercial negotiations, manage RFQs, and conduct bid analysis to secure the best value while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Financial & Process Excellence: You will establish and manage the annual budget, track savings, and drive initiatives focused on process simplification and sustainability, ensuring full compliance with our purchasing policies.

We Are Looking For :

We are seeking a highly experienced procurement professional with a strong background in indirect sourcing, ideally within the FMCG sector. You are a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage complex categories and drive significant change. You are a great match if you possess:
- Strategic Sourcing: Ability to develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies.
- Negotiation: Proven skill in conducting complex commercial negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Expertise in building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

- Data Analysis: Strong analytical capability to assess spend, conduct market analysis, and make data-driven decisions.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management with a keen eye for identifying savings.
