Business Analyst

JOB PURPOSE

Business analyst would be a vital link in helping business teams of L&T Finance meet its business objectives by leveraging latest technology.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Working closely with business, vendor & internal tech teams
• BRD/FSD document writing
• Conducting and coordinating application UAT and APIs integration testing
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• 
  Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
• PG / MBA (Finance) preferred

Functional Skills

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis in BFSI sector
• Experience in Lending domain - preferably end to end loan journeys in SME
• Experience of working on web & mobile applications
• Experience of working on API integration - BigQuery preferred
• Experience in Agile methodology preferred
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to work with multiple cross functional teams & ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation & presentation skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
