Job Description
Certification:
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System)
- Certified Auditor for ISO 19011:2018 (Guidelines for Auditing management system)
Functions:
- Understand ISO 9001:2015 standard and its requirements
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of the internal auditor.
- Must have implemented QMS for any department or business.
- Understand, determine Risk & Opportunities, and perform risk assessment.
- Identify and monitor Quality Objectives relevant to O&M Business.
- Understand Document Management system, doc. Control and requirements related to QMS.
- Understanding of Audit Plan/schedule, Audit checklist, and performing O&M Internal & External Audits.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audits results and document process viz. Audit guidelines, findings, Terms of reference (ToR), closure reports etc.
- Prepare Management review agenda and perform Management review as per the standard.
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor managements interventions.
- Regular monitoring of dept./ system to monitor continuous effectiveness of QMS.
- Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.
