- Partner with business leaders to understand organisational priorities and translate them into relevant people strategies.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor across employee lifecycle, performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
- Drive talent management, succession planning and capability-building initiatives.
- Work closely with managers on team structures, workforce planning and employee-related matters.
- Support organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
- Analyse people data and provide insights to support business and talent decisions.
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
