Regional Head - HR Business Partner - B2B ECommerce

We are hiring a Regional Head - HR for a leading B2B e-commerce marketplace to lead regional Talent Acquisition, HR business partnering and administration for Gujarat region.

Our Client:

A leading digital-first B2B marketplace connecting businesses, buyers and suppliers across India, with a large distributed workforce and an extensive sales network.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Drive 35 - 40 field executive hires per month and 4 - 5 RSM-level leadership hires annually.
• Lead the regional TA team, set targets and monitor recruitment metrics, productivity and turnaround times.
• Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for frontline sales and leadership roles.

HR Business Partnering & Administration:

• Partner with the Regional Director and Sales Heads on workforce planning and people priorities.
• Oversee HR business partnering for 600+ employees across 15 - 18 branches for Gujarat region.
• Drive performance management, engagement, retention, employee relations and grievance resolution.
• Support sales onboarding, training and regional HR administration.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7 - 10 years of experience, with the majority in Talent Acquisition and bulk hiring for field sales/frontline roles.
• Gujarat regional experience is essential, candidates should be from Gujarat or have managed Gujarat as a region.
• MBA/PGDM is must.
• Preferred industry experience in B2B e-commerce, online marketplaces, Insurance, Telecom or NBFCs, particularly in high-volume sales hiring.
