Manager Administration & Facilities

As the Manager Administration & Facilities at LambdaTest, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of office administration, facilities management, vendor relationships, and compliance processes across our India operations. Your proactive leadership will be essential in optimizing costs, enhancing workplace experience, and providing seamless facilities and administrative services to support our growing workforce.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end-to-end facilities operations across multiple locations, including space planning, maintenance, and security.
• Oversee lease agreements, vendor contracts, and procurement budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
• Lead ISO audits, maintain certifications, and ensure adherence to all administrative and regulatory requirements.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for facilities and office supplies.
• Coordinate employee transport and logistics.
• Partner with HR and leadership to design employee engagement activities and workplace events.
• Lead and mentor the administration team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Finance and IT to align facilities strategy with company goals.

**Qualifications Required:**

• 8-12 years of progressive experience in administration and facilities management within a fast-paced technology or corporate environment.
• Proven expertise in ISO audits, vendor management, lease execution, procurement, and workplace safety.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or Operations (Master's preferred).
• Familiarity with IoT/AI-driven facility management solutions is a plus.
