In this role, you will discover and implement the most effective channels and models for selecting and onboarding instructors, while ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Strategy: Design and lead scalable instructor onboarding and training programs, while identifying the most effective models for growth.
• Customer Operations Excellence: Manage end-to-end customer operations, ensuring smooth matches, service delivery, and driving high customer satisfaction.
• Operational Problem Solving: Tackle real-time challenges head-on, ensuring processes run efficiently with a focus on improvement and performance.
• Collaboration with Product: Work closely with the tech team to build internal tools that will support operational scalability and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven expertise in operations, with a strong track record of designing, implementing, and scaling systems that deliver results.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving day-to-day operational challenges.
• Ability to lead with autonomy, showing initiative and ownership over business-critical processes.
• Bonus if you speak Kannada.
