Role Description

1. Administration of HR Systems

   • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR system.

   • Ensure the system is functioning smoothly and efficiently.

2. Optimization and Strategic Management

   • Align HR technology with the organization's strategic goals.

3. Data Integrity and Reporting

   • Maintain accurate and reliable HR data.

   • Generate insightful reports to support decision-making and HR analytics.

4. Process Automation

   • Identify opportunities to automate HR processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.

5. Collaboration

   • Work closely with HR, Business Teams, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure the HR system integrates well with other business functions and technologies.

Skills Required

The role demands a mix of technical, analytical, and managerial skills:

1. HR Systems Administration

   • Expertise in managing HR systems, including user access, security roles, and permissions.

   • Ensure the system is secure and compliant with organizational policies.

2. Data Analytics

   • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.

3. Process Automation

   • Experience in automating HR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

4. Technical Proficiency

   • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, VBA, and Power BI is an advantage. These tools are essential for data analysis, reporting, and system customization.
