Job Description
- Manager- Finishing
Experience: 8–13 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- Responsible for finishing works of high-rise residential projects including masonry, plaster, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows and related works.
- Plan and monitor finishing activities as per project schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, MEP and other project teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Monitor manpower, material usage, productivity and resolve site issues.
- Conduct inspections, identify defects and ensure timely rectification and snag closure.
- Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of assigned areas.
