Growth Generalist

Lascade is looking for a curious, creative, and execution-focused Growth Generalist to help us discover, test, and scale new growth opportunities across our portfolio of software products.

Were building AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. Were looking for someone who is constantly exploring new marketing channels, AI tools, communities, partnerships, and product ideas that can help us grow faster.

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, experimenting with new ideas, and turning opportunities into measurable business growth.

What Youll Do

• Research and identify new customer acquisition opportunities across digital channels.
• Continuously generate and execute creative growth ideas across multiple products.
• Design, launch, and measure growth experiments.
• Discover emerging marketing channels, AI tools, and growth opportunities before competitors.
• Explore product-led growth, referral programs, viral loops, partnerships, and community-led growth.
• Research competitors, market trends, and successful growth strategies.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Business Development teams to implement new ideas.
• Build lightweight MVPs, landing pages, free tools, or experiments to validate opportunities quickly.
• Analyze results, document learnings, and recommend what to scale or discontinue.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, startups, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and technology.

What Were Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Startup Growth, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
• Strong curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
• Ability to think creatively and execute quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple marketing channels and products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple experiments simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience growing SaaS products, mobile applications, or subscription businesses.
• Experience with SEO, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, or Social Media.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and no-code workflows.
• Experience launching startups, side projects, or digital products.
• Basic understanding of analytics, user behaviour, and conversion optimization.
