Product Manager

Lascade is looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead the development of world-class digital products used by customers across the globe.

What Youll Do

• Own the product roadmap for one or more Lascade products from idea to launch.
• Understand customer needs through research, feedback, analytics, and market trends.
• Define product vision, strategy, and feature priorities.
• Write clear product requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
• Work closely with Designers, Engineers, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Analyze user behavior and product data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Improve onboarding, subscriptions, pricing, retention, engagement, and conversion.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, customer value, and engineering effort.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure successful feature rollouts.
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize based on user feedback and analytics.
• Research competitors and identify opportunities to build better products.
• Drive innovation by validating new ideas through rapid experimentation and prototyping.

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of product development and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into clear product requirements.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for creating products that users genuinely love.

Nice to Have

• Experience building SaaS products, mobile apps, AI tools, or subscription-based products.
• Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and product experimentation.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of UX design principles.
