Technical Trainer – Analytics & Data Science

Key Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expertise in Analytics:

• In-depth knowledge of data analysis, visualization, and statistical techniques.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAS, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, AI concepts, and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).

Instructional Design & Delivery:

• Develop curricula and training materials tailored to various technical skill levels.
• Use adult learning principles to create engaging, effective training programs.
• Deliver training through both in-person and virtual platforms, using blended learning techniques.

Effective Communication:

• Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences while maintaining accuracy.
• Engage with learners through active listening and provide tailored responses to their needs.
• Lead training sessions for both small and large groups, ensuring high levels of engagement.

Technical Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:

• Guide learners through hands-on troubleshooting, debugging code, and addressing data quality issues.
• Use real-world case studies to make the learning experience more practical and relevant.

Adaptability & Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest trends in analytics, AI, and data science.
• Adapt training content and delivery based on learner feedback and evolving industry standards.

Metrics & Performance Tracking:

• Use data-driven insights to measure and improve training outcomes.
• Track learners progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Certifications & Accreditation:

• Help employees gain certifications in relevant tools and technologies (e.g., Google Data Analytics, AWS, Azure).
• Maintain records of employee certifications and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analytics, machine learning, and visualization.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
• Certifications in relevant tools or technologies are a plus.
