Experience

0–2 Years / Freshers with relevant litigation experience may apply

Key Responsibilities

• Legal research and case law analysis
• Drafting petitions, applications, legal notices, replies and other pleadings
• Assisting in matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts and other forums
• Attending court proceedings and assisting with case preparation
• Preparing case briefs, summaries and legal opinions
• Assisting senior advocates and coordinating on matters

• LL.B./B.A. LL.B. from a recognised university
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good understanding of litigation procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior litigation/chamber experience will be an advantage
