Experience
8+ years in web content publishing or CMS operations in enterprise environments.
CMS & Technical Skills
- Strong experience with CMS platforms (dotCMS preferred; AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, Contentful acceptable).
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and Bootstrap (preferred).
- Strong understanding of structured content models and page composition.
Content & Platform Understanding
- Clear grasp of how content structure impacts rendering, reuse, and scalability.
- Ability to evaluate the impact of content changes on user experience.
- Familiarity with SEO basics and accessibility standards.
Collaboration & Ownership
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirement interpretation skills.
- Confident in asking the right questions and offering informed input.
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
