Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team! We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience who can support and strengthen our hiring process.

• Job Responsibilities:
• * Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• * Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• * Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• * Conduct initial HR rounds and candidate follow-ups
• * Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation
• * Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
• * Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
• * Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening methods
• * Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• * Good communication and interpersonal skills
• * Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Qualification:
• Graduate in HR, Management, or related field preferred
• Salary: ?15,000 ?18,000 per month
• Immediate joiners preferred
