Asst Manager HR- Pharma Experienced Preferably

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - HR located in Yamunanagar. The primary responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, handling employee relations, and supporting organizational policies. The role also involves development and implementation of HR strategies, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Collaboration with different teams to build a positive work culture is a key focus of this role.

• Proven knowledge and experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team building.
• Experience in formulating and implementing HR strategies and policies.
• Sound understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and human resource management principles.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
