Key Responsibilities:- Research and analyze market trends to develop new cosmetic products.
- Work closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to create innovative formulations.
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and product testing.
- Manage product trials, stability studies, and quality control.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams for successful product launches.
- Candidates with a background in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or MBA (Marketing/Operations).
- Experience in Product Development, Formulation, or R&D in the cosmetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
