• Learning & Development (L&D) Manager
• Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 8-12 Years | Qualification: BBM/MBA (HR Preferred) | Work Mode: WFO (5 Days)
• Role Summary

LG Soft India is looking for an experienced L&D Manager to drive organizational learning, capability development, leadership programs, and employee development initiatives. The role requires expertise in learning strategy, program management, LMS administration, stakeholder management, facilitation, and learning analytics.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement learning and capability-building strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and facilitate leadership, behavioral, technical, and professional development programs.
• Manage end-to-end learning programs, including planning, execution, vendor coordination, and evaluations.
• Administer LMS, maintain learning records, and support certification initiatives.
• Analyze learning data, prepare MIS/dashboard reports, and measure training effectiveness.
• Drive employee development programs, learning campaigns, induction programs, and certification initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, training partners, and vendors to execute learning interventions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills with experience in data analytics.
• Experience with LMS platforms and learning effectiveness measurement.
• Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools and digital learning platforms.

Preferred Experience In IT, Software, Engineering, Or R&D Organizations.
