Key Roles And Responsibilities
Will lead end to end HR & Admin activities for the unit including and not limited to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Payroll, Training, Performance Management, Employee Engagement
- Ensure process compliance to HR policy / procedures at the unit.
- Work seamlessly with cross functional teams on plant level initiatives.
- Responsible for maintaining the companys compliance files for local state and federal labour guidelines and laws.
- Responsible for Buyer Audits & Compliance audit and presenting the results to management.
Industrial Relations
- Grievance handling, Resolution/prevention of industrial disputes
- Disciplinary action under labour law & factories Act-1948
- Welfare measures, Health, Canteen and safety, Transports etc.
