Job Summary

Designs and implements digital services to meet Business requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital solutions. Monitors and optimizes digital solutions for performance and scalability.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Documents technical processes and provides training to support teams
• Owns the overall technical quality, performance, security, continuity and availability of the products in scope.
• Translates business requirements into Technical solutions to optimize business experience.
• Analyse problems and provide problem solving expertise to ensure complex issues are resolved efficiently within the stipulated timeframe while also meeting the satisfaction of the user.
• Proactively share knowledge and experiences in focus groups, with colleagues from own and other teams with a similar technical focus.
• Collaborate with Product Owners/ Service Owners/ Business Process Owners/ Business Process Experts to craft clear business requirements and deliver prototypes and products within timelines/ sprints.
• Be the trusted advisor for Product Owner/ Service Owners/ Business Process Owners/ Business Process Experts for the product area.
• Integrates digital services with existing platforms and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Should be able to do Configuration changes, development w.r.t C4C Sales and Services independently
• Provide technical and functional support for SAP C4C Sales and Service Management processes in a global AMS environment.
• Support Service Management Business Process Owners, key users, and local project teams in resolving incidents, service requests, and functional questions.
• Support core SAP Service Cloud processes, including ticket management, service level agreements (SLAs), case routing, field service coordination, customer master data, and service analytics.
• Perform issue analysis, business impact assessment, root cause analysis, and coordination with technical teams, senior functional experts, or external partners.
• Support change requests and upgrades through impact analysis, functional testing, regression testing, and documentation updates.
• Work according to ITIL-based AMS processes, including incident management, service request handling, problem management, and change management.
• Use tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence for ticket handling, issue tracking, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Support local deployments and hypercare activities by helping users adopt the global template and resolving service-related issues after go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in areas such as Sales (O2C), Logistics, Finance, and backend S/4HANA systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, proposing improvements, and supporting stabilization of the global template.

Critical Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, providing foundational knowledge in software development, systems integration, and digital technologies.
• Hands-on experience in digital service creation and management, including requirements analysis, technical solution design, and integration of digital services with existing platforms.
• Relevant professional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or ITIL Foundation to support agile collaboration and service management practices.
