Lightstorm Telecom Connectivity - Finance Automation Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Automate core finance processes

1. Reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, data consolidation

• Build scalable reporting & dashboards

1. Management reporting, KPIs, board packs

• Enable faster, smarter FP&A

1. Driver-based models, scenario tools, automated data flows

• Deploy AI for insights & efficiency

1. Commentary, anomaly detection, business case support

• Integrate systems & improve data flows

1. ERP reporting tools, clean structured datasets

• Automate presentations & outputs

1. board decks, investor materials, internal reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 8-10 years experience in finance (FP&A / control) with strong automation exposure
• Strong technical capability: Excel, SQL/Python, BI tools
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and automation tools
• Comfortable working with AI tools / LLMs and applying them to real problems
