Business Development Associate

Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds Ltd, Indias leading luxury lab-grown diamond brand, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with around 3 years of experience in the jewellery industry (B2B sales).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the jewellery sector.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
• Present and promote Limelights products, highlighting their unique value proposition and market potential.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard Franchise and SIS (Shop-in-Shop) partners to expand the brands retail footprint.
• Negotiate and close B2B sales and partnership agreements ensuring mutually profitable terms.
• Represent Limelight at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen industry presence.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B jewellery sales experience.
• Proven success in franchise development or SIS acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of jewellery products, trends, and retail dynamics.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions
