Job Description
About the Role: We are looking to QA Automation Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in test automation, with strong expertise in Playwright using TypeScript.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of assigned QA and automation activities, developing and maintaining robust automated test suites, and working closely with Engineering and QA teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of our products.
The candidate should be comfortable working independently, troubleshooting automation failures, identifying product issues, and continuously improving test coverage and QA processes
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of assigned QA activities and demonstrate accountability.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using TypeScript.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Identify, report, track, and verify defects.
- Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to ensure product quality.
- Contribute to improving test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall QA processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in QA automation.
- Strong experience with Playwright.
- Good programming experience in TypeScript.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test suites.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot automation failures and identify issues.
Good to Have:
- Experience working in the Blockchain/Web3 domain.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI-related products or applications.
- Experience with API testing and integration testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automation execution pipelines.
