Associate Manager - Trade Settlements - Banking/Financial Services

Role Overview:

• We are looking for experienced professionals with strong Trade Settlements expertise to join a leading financial services organization.
• Location: Bangalore
• Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST
• Experience: 12+ Years
• Team Handling: 3+ Year Leadership Experience on Papers

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team supporting day-to-day securities operations activities.
• Oversee trade settlement and related operational processes.
• Manage papers/documentation processing activities and ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Monitor daily workflows, productivity and quality of deliverables.
• Handle operational queries and escalations from internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, controls and service standards.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Allocate work effectively across the team and manage delivery timelines.
• Coach team members and support performance and professional development.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Required Experience:

• Strong experience in Trade Settlements.
• Experience in Middle Office / Back Office Operations.
• Good understanding of securities transaction processing and operational controls.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to work in the 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST shift.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates from banking, financial services, securities operations, custody, capital markets or investment operations backgrounds with relevant settlement and documentation experience are encouraged to apply.
