Job Description
:
- Create and carry out a lead generation plan to support business growth and hit revenue goals.
- Find and focus on new business opportunities using research, networking, and partnerships.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the organisation.
- Work with marketing teams on campaigns and events to attract and generate leads.

Qualification:
- Any degree
- Proven experience in business development, with a focus on lead generation and team management, ideally within the design and build interior solutions industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Vehicle and license is must.
