Senior Manager - HR Business Partner

Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager HR based in Mumbai, you will serve as a strategic architect for our human capital initiatives, bridging the gap between organizational goals and employee potential. You will operate as a high-level HR Business Partner, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional department heads to translate business challenges into actionable people strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• An MBA in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 15 - 20 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles.
