• Role Overview

We are looking for experienced AI/ML Data Scientists with strong expertise in machine learning, Python, statistics, and data science. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing ML/AI solutions and should be comfortable working with business and technical stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities
• Understand business problems and translate them into data science and machine learning solutions.
• Gather and analyze requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and statistical analysis.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, and other use cases.
• Apply appropriate ML algorithms and evaluate model performance.
• Work on Generative AI, LLM, RAG, NLP, or AI-based solutions where applicable.
• Develop Python-based data science solutions and reusable ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Deploy ML models into production and monitor model performance.
• Conduct model tuning, validation, and performance improvement.
• Communicate technical findings and model outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
• Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and other Python ML libraries.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with feature engineering, model training, validation, and tuning.
• Knowledge of statistics and probability.
• Experience with ML model deployment / MLOps is preferred.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with Generative AI / LLM / RAG is an added advantage.
