Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate - Human Resource located in Gurugram. The Associate - Human Resource will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, coordinating employee onboarding, maintaining employee records. Additional responsibilities include engagement in employee relations, performance management, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee onboarding
• Experience in maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll and benefits administration
• Proficient in employee relations and performance management

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
