Summary




At LM Wind Power, a GE renewable energy business, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to come work with us in the HR Analytics space on a 6-9 month’s tenure (full-time), serving as a strong analyst for the HR Leadership and experience working in a world-class organization.

Broad Responsibilities:



  • Identifying and working with the HR leadership team and extended team on reports and dashboard

  • Work on metrics-based requirement by consolidating information from various sources, summarize results and prepare presentations.

  • Work on variety of reporting and analytical dashboards pertaining to talent acquisition, attrition, movements, headcount, mobility, etc.

  • Work on employee surveys and related data analysis and insights

  • Work on documenting, simplifying and automating the current HR processes in legacy applications, AX2012, etc.

  • Generate standard, ad hoc reports and teach requesters how to pull the data via Workday to support the self-service model.

  • Timely audit on HR data

  • Identify HR Reporting areas for improvement on daily operational processes


Essential Responsibilities:



  • HRIS: Acting as a System expert for AX2012 HR Module and other legacy systems

  • Data Management: Data Audit on HR Database, Changes in HR data

  • HR Reporting: Dashboards, Reports Extraction, Analysis, etc.


Mandatory qualifications/requirements:



  • Master’s degree (Full-Time) in mathematics or statistics from a reputed institute in the country

  • Work experience of 0-2 years

  • Excel proficiency esp. Macros
