Training And Development Manager

As the Training and Development Head, you will be responsible for the overall training and development function of the organization. This includes administrative leadership as well as functional expertise. You will be involved in various aspects such as Training Needs Identification (TNI) through skill matrix and competency mapping, Training Strategy, Annual Training Plan, Training designing, budgeting, calendar, feedback, evaluation, and delivery.

Your role will also involve preparing the Annual Training plan based on organizational priorities, creating learning content for instructor-led and virtual training, and collaborating with product development, policies, and sales teams to ensure alignment of training programs with the company's roadmap and strategies.

Additionally, you will design training modules focusing on performance feedback, employees" knowledge enhancement, skill development, attitude enhancement, and organizational objectives. Conducting classroom and field interventions, in-house soft skills and sales workshops, as well as training sessions for managers and staff on marketing & sales and management skills will be part of your responsibilities.

Implementing Pre and Post assessment tools to track and measure learning effectiveness, staying updated with industry trends, and best practices in learning and development are crucial aspects of this role. The position will involve approximately 60% travel to different regions for training purposes.
