Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Explain Loom Solar products and generate sales leads.
• Build customer relationships and address product-related queries.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns and other marketing sources.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the regional sales team for lead closure.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or outbound sales will be preferred.

* Fluency in *one of the following languages is mandatory:*

• Telugu
• Malayalam
• Kannada
• Tamil
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to build rapport with customers over phone.
• Willingness to learn about solar products and renewable energy solutions.
