• 1. The Opportunity

Lorvet is hiring on behalf of an automobile manufacturing client for a hands-on Chartered Accountant to drive finance operations, strengthen dealer-scheme and product-cost economics, and serve as the primary finance interface with auditors. This 12-month mandate offers direct visibility to the CFO.

2. Key Responsibilities

Month-End Close: Drive timely closing and prepare financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, P&L, and supporting schedules.

Reconciliations & Controls: Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with Ind AS, accounting standards, statutory requirements, and Internal Financial Controls (IFC).

• Dealer Schemes: Analyse monthly dealer schemes and incentives and quantify their P&L impact.
• Product Costing & BOM: Review product costs and evaluate Bills of Materials (BOM) to identify cost-optimisation opportunities.
• Audit Coordination: Act as the primary interface for statutory auditors, internal auditors, and external consultants.
• MIS & Financial Analysis: Prepare management MIS, variance reports, and decision-ready financial analysis.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial teams to drive SAP-led process improvements.
• 3. Key Requirements
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Mandatory hands-on SAP FICO experience. Candidates without SAP experience will not be considered.
• Experience in automobile, auto components, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in month-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Hands-on exposure to dealer-scheme accounting, product costing, and BOM evaluation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• 4. Compensation & Engagement
• CTC: 20–24 lakhs per annum.
• Contract: 1 year.
• Work Week: 6 days.
• Reporting To: Head – Finance / CFO / FC.
• Location: Kallakal, Hyderabad.
