Designation: Senior Officer/ Assistant Director Placements

Role Objective:

To drive high-quality core placements by building strong industry partnerships aligned with LPUs academic programs, leveraging corporate sales, relationship management, and employer engagement expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with industry partners aligned to LPUs programs (Core Engineering, Architecture, Education, Hotel Management, Agriculture, Law, Pharmaceuticals, Design, etc.).
• Lead end-to-end placement activities including employer onboarding, job mapping, campus drives, and offer closures.
• Generate placement opportunities through corporate sales outreach, account management, and industry networking.
• Achieve placement targets (number, quality, CTC, core-role alignment).
• Maintain placement MIS, employer database, and analytics for reporting and forecasting.

Desired Profile:

• Postgraduate with 2-8 years of experience in placements/ corporate sales/ business development, or key account management.
