Job Description

    You will be responsible for coordinating and efficiently implementing process improvements, changes, knowledge management, migrations, and training activities. In this role, after the sale of a product or service, you may need to provide product fulfillment support and ensure on-time delivery as per the agreed timeline.
    Your key responsibilities will include displaying proficiency in troubleshooting, handling client concerns, coordinating nonconforming data issues, and managing difficult customer communications on a daily basis. You will also lead structured on-the-job training and mentoring for job-specific tasks. Building and maintaining partnerships with cross-functional counterparts will be crucial for expediting service results and effective management during exception handling.
    As part of your duties, you will challenge the status quo, initiate process improvement changes and projects, validate process adherence and protocols, and report on lead time, quality, and process trending with relevant analysis. Additionally, you may need to perform management duties in a backup capacity in the absence of a supervisor or team lead and coordinate client relationships during product and service fulfillment. Communication between key operational groups on service-impacting incidents will also be a key aspect of your role.
    To qualify for this position, previous experience in Order to Cash/customer support functions is required. Applying general business knowledge to make informed judgments is essential.
    The ideal candidate should possess good data interpretation skills, a focus on accuracy and completeness, the ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail, a high curiosity for learning, and a commitment to effective collaboration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently on multiple activities and demonstrate appropriate prioritization and critical issue management skills. Flexibility to work in any shift schedule is a requirement.
