- Conduct onsite assessment of AspenTech IP21 environment historian architecture tag hierarchy data access licensing and remote access readiness
- Lead KPI discovery workshops with operations manufacturing quality and maintenance users for OEE first pass yield MTTRMTBF changeover and cycle time deviation
- Validate IP21 tag availability identify data gaps define required tag additions and guide OEE tag configuration approach
- Translate business requirements into Aspen ONE Process Explorer dashboard specifications including drilldown views KPI scorecards trends and threshold s
- Lead sprint reviews playback sessions backlog prioritization and stakeholder signoffs across assessment build UAT and release stages
- Coordinate testing and data reconciliation against current manual reports ensuring dashboards are usable for site operations and quality stakeholders
- Support golive user enablement handover hypercare and recommendations for scaling the template to additional lines and sites
