- Billing and Invoice Processing Issue consolidated invoices on monthly basis process creditdebit memos review for accuracy
- Cash Application
- o Enter and apply cash receipts for the US Dublin Canada
- o ensure customer deductions are posted correctly to each customer account
- o investigate and resolve unknown deductions
- Reconciliations and Monthend Support
- o Reconcile AR subledger
- o Reconcile unapplied cash accounts
- o Reconcile customer account balances
- o Prepare aging reports
- o Research and resolve reconciling items
- o Prepare monthend AR close schedules
