Seeking an experienced Manager with 5 to 7 years expertise in PeopleSoft Application Engine Workforce Administration and Primavera Application Administration within the PS Technical domain

Lead and manage PeopleSoft technical projects focusing on Application Engine and Workforce Administration modules Oversee Primavera Application Administration to ensure smooth project scheduling and resource management Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate PeopleSoft applications with enterprise systems Drive enhancements upgrades and support activities for PeopleSoft applications adhering to best practices Analyze system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to PeopleSoft applications Mentor and guide junior technical staff to build capabilities within the team Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance in application administration Maintain documentation related to system configurations process workflows and technical specifications

• Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage endtoend administration of PeopleSoft Application Engine and Workforce Administration modules
• Administer Primavera applications to support project planning and execution
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Lead implementation upgrade and support projects ensuring timely delivery and quality
• Monitor system health perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training for team members and endusers
• Liaise with vendors and thirdparty service providers for application support and enhancements
