Senior Consultant - Package Implementation

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to join our ServiceNow SecOps team These roles are critical to advancing Citis security posture and platform scalability through the development and optimization of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response VR and Security Incident Response SIR platforms at enterprise scale Reporting to the ServiceNow SecOps Senior Architect you will collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams threat intelligence teams and platform architects to build configure and enhance automated security workflows across the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation testing and production support

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Vulnerability Response VR
• Design and develop ServiceNow VR workflows including vulnerability ingestion deduplication prioritization and remediation tracking
• Integrate VR with external vulnerability management data and tooling
• Build and maintain VR dashboards reports and SLA configurations aligned to Citis risk appetite and regulatory requirements
• Configure CIasset attribution logic and vulnerability group rules to ensure accurate ownership assignment
• Develop automated exception and risk acceptance workflows with appropriate approval chains
• Security Incident Response SIR
• Develop and maintain SIR playbooks automated response workflows and escalation logic for security events
• Integrate SIR with SIEM platforms eg Splunk Microsoft Sentinel IBM QRadar and threat intelligence feeds
• Build observable enrichment pipelines and automated containmentremediation actions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Configure SIR case management evidence tracking and postincident review workflows
• Develop metrics and KPI dashboards for SOC leadership and executive reporting
• Platform General Development
• Write clean maintainable JavaScript client scripts business rules script includes and leverage Glide APIs following ServiceNow best practices
• Participate in AgileScrum ceremonies sprint planning and backlog grooming with the SecOps product team
• Conduct peer code reviews maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to junior team members
• Manage platform upgrades patch testing and regression validation for SecOps applications
• Collaborate with Citis ServiceNow Technical Architecture Review Board to ensure architectural alignment and governance compliance
• Support audit and compliance activities including evidence collection and control documentation for external and internal frameworks
• Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes within defined SLAs
• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Cybersecurity or a related technical discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 4 years of handson ServiceNow development experience
• Minimum 2 years of dedicated ServiceNow SecOps development experience handson proficiency in both VR and SIR modules is required
• Experience working within enterprisescale ServiceNow environments 10000 users
• Strong JavaScript development skills within the ServiceNow platform business rules client scripts script includes UI actions UI policies
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer IntegrationHub and RESTSOAP API integrations
• Proficiency with ServiceNow CMDB Asset Management and CI relationship mapping as they relate to SecOps workflows
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards NIST CSF MITRE ATTCK CVECVSS scoring OWASP
• Experience with AgileScrum development methodologies and tools Jira Confluence
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited fouryear institution strongly preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SecOps CISSecOps
• Experience working at a major financial institution Tier 1 bank asset manager or insurance firm
• Direct collaboration with SOC threat intelligence or vulnerability management teams
• Security certifications CISSP CEH CompTIA Security or equivalent
• Experience in regulated environments SOX FFIEC OCC GDPR

Advanced degree MS in Cybersecurity Information Assurance or related field
