• Product to manage support HSBC estate of 450000 endpoints Microsoft Endpoint Manager InTune

• Products for Software packaging release software lifecycle management Software AppStore Application
• Repository
• Juriba Dashworks a solution for delivering large scale transformation and orchestration and PowerBI
• reporting platform
• Proton a solution for hardware asset inventory management
• The role holder will be responsible for number of key transformation projects within Endpoint
• Management Data Platform and will have end to end responsibility for all aspects of project including
• definition planning execution implementation governance control
• Engaging with various other teams within HSBC such as Cyber Connectivity HSBC Internal Cloud
• Operations teams for planning cross team dependent work tracking progress dependencies
• issuesblockers
• Coordinate with Portfolio Lead and POD leaders for financial governance resource requirements
• technical delivery
• Establish and deliver manage direct track and report progress on projects for management oversight
• decision making
• Tracking Managing Risks Issues Assumptions and Dependencies and escalating those which are relevant
• to ensure that project outcomes are met within schedule cost
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders work closely with their respective Portfolio lead POD
• leads technical leads to ensure alignment of projects with the wider portfolio
• Collaborate with the POD Leads technical leads and the teams to help achieve their project deliverables
• remove blockers to accelerate end to end delivery for the product
• Facilitate project meetings workshops as necessary
• Manage stakeholders expectations and working relationship with the teams with focus on transparency

• To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements
• 10 years of relevant experience in working as Project Manager Scrum Master
• Experience in facilitating project meetings workshops in a hybrid work environment
• Proven experience Agile methodology in large organizations and taking part in transformation
• programmes
• Experience of working with or part of global teams in a complex and changing technical environment
• experience in planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities using a variety
• of analysis and problemsolving techniques
• INTERNAL
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure businessdomain required Experience in projects across key technology
• areas such as Windows Intune Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Networks would be
• advantage
• Experience of having worked in an infrastructure critical environment for a large organization like HSBC

• Knowledge experience with Project Management framework tools Clarity Jira Confluence
