Job Description
- Support SAP implementation rollout and support projects
- Track project timelines milestones and deliverables
- Prepare weeklymonthly status reports and project dashboards
- Coordinate with SAP functional technical business and leadership teams
- Monitor project risks issues dependencies and action items
- Maintain project documentation meeting minutes and governance records
- Track project budgets resource utilization and financial metrics
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely closure
- Support project planning scheduling and reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with project management processes and standards
- Required Skills
- Experience in SAP PMO or Project Coordination activities
- Strong knowledge of project tracking and reporting
- Good understanding of SAP implementation lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management tools Jira MS Project Azure DevOps etc
