Seeking a Senior Specialist SDET with 7 to 11 years of experience in SeleniumJava testing to design and maintain advanced automated test frameworks ensuring highquality software delivery

Design develop and maintain scalable automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium with Java Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development QA and product management to gather requirements and define comprehensive test strategies Ensure thorough test coverage across functional regression and integration testing Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines to support continuous testing and delivery Analyze test outcomes to identify defects and provide detailed feedback for product improvement Stay updated with the latest trends tools and best practices in test automation within the SDET domain Contribute to the enhancement of test frameworks and automation architectures Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members to promote best automation practices

• Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute robust automated test cases for web applications using Selenium with Java
• Perform unit integration regression and UI testing to validate software features
• Collaborate closely with developers QA and product teams to ensure quality acceptance criteria are met
• Identify log track and manage defects using test management tools and work with developers for timely resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis RCA on defects and implement corrective actions to reduce defect escape
• Integrate automated testing with continuous integration and continuous delivery CICD pipelines
• Monitor test execution progress and report test results and metrics
• Advocate for automation best practices methodologies and tools within the team

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
