Job Description
Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst /Solution Consultant
Job Location : Mississauga, ON - Canada
- Work with business and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and translate them into Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Design configure and support Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio Contact Builder and Content Builder
- Build and manage email campaigns customer journeys triggered communications and marketing automations
- Configure audience segmentation Data Extensions subscriber management preference management and personalization
- Develop dynamic and personalized email content using AMPscript HTMLCSS and SQL
- Create SQL queries and automation workflows for segmentation campaign execution and data processing
- Support campaign planning configuration testing deployment monitoring and postproduction troubleshooting
- Work with APIs and integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce CRM Data Cloud and other enterprise systems
- Perform requirement analysis solution design impact assessment and technical documentation
- Partner with business stakeholders to define campaign journeys segmentation rules business logic and acceptance criteria
- Ensure appropriate email marketing practices related to consent optinoptout unsubscribe handling and deliverability
- Troubleshoot campaign journey automation data and integration issues
- Provide guidance and support to developers and campaign execution teams
Required Skills
- 8 years of overall IT CRM Marketing Technology experience
- Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Email Studio
- Journey Builder

- Data Extensions and subscriber management
- AMPscript
- SQL
- HTMLCSS for email development
- RESTSOAP API and integration understanding
